The 4 Way TestThe 4 Way Test, created by Herbert J. Taylor in 1959, is a principle for successful in problem solving that was spearheaded by Rotarians to be used in communities from around the world. The 4 Way Test has been applied and translated in more than 100 languages due to its practical usability. The Rotaract Club of Chinatown – Manila has been using this test, and has generated great results from it. The 4 Way Test basically asks these four questions:

To all my fellow Rotaractors,It is indeed a great honor and pleasure for me to cordially welcome our fellow rotaractors, rotarians and friends to the official website of the Roratact Club of Chinatown- Manila. The Rotaract Club of Chinatown- Manila (RAC- Chinatown Manila), founded in July 2011, is a non-profit youth organization sponsored by the Rotary Club of Chinatown- Manila under the Rotary International District 3810, Philippines. We aim to develop knowledge and understanding of the needs, problems, and opportunities in the community and worldwide, to inculcate strong values of professionalism and leadership in the service of the entire Filipino- Chinese community and to develop young leaders that can positively influence their fellow youth. Moreover, RAC- Chinatown Manila is an organization created by youth for youth. Through this website, we will provide you access to our club activities particularly in our Club Service, International Service, Professional Development, and Community Service Projects. This website will also feature up-to-date information on our projects and furnish you a brief history of our club, objectives, achievements and establishment partner sponsors Acknowledge our heartfelt appreciation to you all, for continuously taking interest in our club and its programs. Please feel free to let us know your insights and suggestions to the club to help us serve our community better. To our fellow youth, let us work together to become an instrument of change in our own community and in our country.
